The lady on reception was very dismissive - "if you decide to eat here we'll try to fit you in", and directed us to a very steep set of external stairs to the second floor (there's no lift) with no offer to assist with luggage, and certainly didn't bother to inform us that there was an internal set of stairs which were still difficult but less likely to cause a broken neck than the outside ones.
