Research on TripAdvisor and in Rick Steves’ book led us to Le Chaudron and we could not have been happier....I enjoy trying local dishes and so the Gizzard Salad followed by a big dish of Cassoulet was my choice. We love seafood and were very satisfied with the sea bass and desserts. Wonderful lunch.My two friends and I decided to try this restaurant as our last outing while we were in Cassis.
