Kids club was chaotic - different people told me different things and most of the first day was in queues or waiting. We dashed to the ski hire to find that the easy arrival (and skis in locker) weren’t there. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but that’s because we enjoyed skiing and being together. Had no delays at the bar, and the free access to the soft drinks and nespresso coffee was refreshing especially in the mornings and nighttime.

We really hope to be seeing you again very soon, in this Club Med Village or in another. To top it off the skiing was great too. With its red roofs and solid wood walls, the Club Med all-inclusive Resort of La Plagne 2100 backs onto a jutting-out ridge of the Tarentaise valley. When I realised this, I panicked and try to resolve, but the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. It is such a pleasure to see how satisfied you are with your stay among us with the help of our team! Although they were stressed the first morning, by the afternoon they were going up the button lift and starting to enjoy it. So because of the lack of organisation from club med, I missed ski school for myself and had to spend the week skiing by myself. The variety of fod on offer meant everyone ate well at all meals. This year though with ClubMed she spent the first two days in the ski garden walking on one ski. Ski and snowboard 425km of slopes or fly down an Olympic bobsleigh run. After that we got into a groove of things and we had a good holiday, despite being made to feel somewhat like an unwanted guest at club med.
