Delphine is one of the quest characters that can be exploited to be a follower throughout Skyrim along with another follower of choice. I am trying to clear up Misc quests and Bring a Follower to Delphine is one of them, so I got a new follower, not giving up Lydia, and went to Delphine, but when I talk to her all she will do is ask if I learned the Dragonrend shout yet (I have).
